A St. Louis landlord is currently being sued based on discovery of <a href=\"http:\/\/thetelegraph.com\/news\/102687\/lawsuit-claims-alton-rental-property-infested-with-black-mold\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">black mold in a rental home<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Did the Landlord Exercise Reasonable Care?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In March 2015, Patrick and Chastity Phillips leased a home in Alton, MO for themselves and their four children.
